We are under new management. All clients must provide all required documents, including identification and a birth certificate, even if you have worked with us before. Call to confirm the complete list and how to provide your documents before your appointment.

Please do not include tax documents, Social Security numbers, IDs, birth certificates, or bank details in appointment requests or ordinary email.
